Cancellations and Extensions

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. At time of reservation: $100 non-refundable deposit

2. 90 days before travel (or at time of airline ticketing): up to 50% refund (depending on airline fees)*

3. 15 days before travel: No refund*

In preparation for your arrival, accommodations are readied, food and supplies are purchased, and staff coverage is arranged. Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival, or early departures, are non-refundable.

*Subject to airline policy, Fiji Airways ticket is usable pending change and fare difference fees for one year from booking date.

EXTENDED STAYS

If you would like to extend your stay at the Mission to enjoy the beauty that the area has to offer, we are happy to try to accommodate your request at a daily rate. Extended stays must be arranged through your coordinator at janet@natuvu.org.  A room change may be required if the extension interferes with another reservation.  Room extensions are $100 per night for room and meals per person, are dependent on availability, and do not include excursions, boat, or taxi transport.
