Jean-Michel Cousteau, the famous French oceanographic explorer, environmentalist, educator, and film producer will visit the Mission this summer! The first son of ocean explorer Jacques Cousteau, Mr. Cousteau has a deep caring for preservation and conservation and is interested in building a world class marine biology research center right on the grounds of the Mission! MNC will add ecology and preservation of the Rainbow Reef as part of our Mission Statement and will welcome scientists, researchers, educators and students interested in marine biology and ecology from all over the world!
