Instructions for Temporary Medical Licensing in fiji

Please fill out the online application.  SAVE the document to your computer in case we are unable to access the online copy. Your application will be submitted and we will make payment to the Fiji Medical and Dental Secretariat on your behalf.   

DO NOT SEND ANY PAPERWORK OR MONEY DIRECTLY TO FIJI.

NOTE: MD and DDS practitioners only.  Fiji does not have the equivalent of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses.  These providers, as well as nurses, techs, hygienists, etc. are still welcomed and needed! They will work under the license & supervision of an MD or DDS on the team or our resident MD and will still have liability coverage.

1. PHOTO: Your photo should be a close-up recent headshot, that can be a "selfie" or candid shot
2. Section 4: Dates should be the Monday-Friday dates you will be in clinic. Not the weekend dates of arrival and departure.  "Reason for Seeking Registration" has been filled in for you.
3. Section 6 "Professional Indemnity".  This section has been filled out for you and MNC will obtain Indemnity insurance for you.
4. Supporting Documents.  You will need to upload a copy of your Passport, Current License to Practice, College and Medical or Dental School Degrees.  Your application will not be accepted if there is missing documentation.
5. Continuing Education documentation is requested if you have it.
