Medical Licensing
All practitioners (MD, OD, DDS, NP, RN, etc.) must have a Temporary Medical License through the Medical Secretariat as well as an international insurance liability policy. Medical students must also have a temporary license to observe. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENTS OR PAYMENTS TO THE FIJIAN MEDICAL SECRETARIAT. Your documents and payment to the Ministry of Medicine will be forwarded on your behalf with a letter of introduction from the Mission at Natuvu Creek medical director. Please allow 30 days for application processing.

International Medical Liability Insurance
Since 2012, medical liability insurance is required by the Fiji Ministry of Health. The Mission at Natuvu Creek will process your enrollment through International Helpers (Guernsey Trust) and forward fees on your behalf. Enrollment will occur following the submission of documents, above. Please allow 30 days for enrollment and processing. Only medical practitioners need liability insurance. Students do not need to obtain medical liability insurance.
