This form gives you important information, informs us of any medical concerns or dietary restrictions, and is your agreement to the rules at the Mission. The Trip Confirmation Page will also give you other important information, including a detailed FAQ page that will answer all of your questions about traveling to Fiji, staying at the Mission, and will give you a recommended packing list.
